This is your Development Team with your construction update at 490 South Van Ness for the week of May 20, 2019.
Concrete pouring at 490 South Van Ness has begun. Construction crews started the pouring for the concrete ground floor mats — essentially the base of the building.
Additionally, crews have begun putting up first floor columns.

Neighbors, please be aware that concrete trucks will be coming in and out of the construction site for the next few weeks. The majority of this traffic will occur during daytime hours with the exception of a date late in June that will be announced in the coming weeks.
There will be traffic impacts along Adair St.
